Overview
The overview page shows a list of flows in the selected environment. It shows (runtime) information for all the flows within a tenant.

On the overview page you can:
- Enable/disable 'Show only installed flows'.
- Switch between the Test and Production environment.
- Filter columns using the
buttons and remove all filters with the button. - Switch views and create custom views with the
button. Default views: - Exchanges

- Refresh the page (
) and enable/disable Auto refresh. - Click on a flow to navigate to the Flow Details.
Click on a flow to navigate to its Flow Details.
Runtime information
The Flow Manager shows general runtime information for all flows in either the Test or Production environment. It's an overview with the most important performance statistics and settings of flows within your tenant.

Available metrics
The list below shows all the metrics available in the Overview:
- Status:
- Started (green)
- Stopped (grey)
- Suspended (orange)
- Failed (red)
- Starting, stopping, suspending and restarting (blue)
- Unknown (purple)
- Group: The flow group.
- Flow: The flow name.
- Version: The flow version.
- Tracing: Trace configuration setting of the flow.
- Transport: Transport setting of the flow.
- Uptime: The amount of time the flow has been running.
- Completed: The amount of completed exchanges.
- Pending: The amount of pending exchanges.
- Failed: The amount of failed exchanges.
- Last completed: Timestamp of the last completed exchange.
- Last failed: Timestamp of the last failed exchange.
- Created at: The creation timestamp of the version.
- Created by: The creator of the flow.
- Installed by: Last installer of the flow.
- Total exchanges: The total amount of exchanges.
An exchange refers to the communication of a payload between two components in a flow.

Environment Resource Metrics
The Environment Resource Metrics display statistics for your instance by environment.
